Adults: one capsule each day, unless your healthcare professional directs otherwise. Read the pack before use. Supplements help only where dietary intake is inadequate. Contains fish and sulfites.

Per capsule: concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1,000 mg, providing EPA 470 mg and DHA 380 mg; colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 12.5 micrograms.
